1. Order Processing & Shipping

• Orders are processed within up to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Once shipped, delivery typically takes up to 14 business days, depending on the destination and carrier.
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number upon dispatch.

2. Delivery & Claims

• We consider an order delivered once it reaches the specified address.
• No claims (refunds, replacements, or adjustments) will be accepted before the full delivery period (3 + 14 days) has elapsed.
• If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please wait until the full period expires before contacting us.

3. International Orders

• International shipments may be subject to customs fees, duties, or delays. We are not responsible for these.
